ThisIsKosova.art Celebrates a Successful Presentation at Prishtina Music Conference!
ThisIsKosova.art proudly announced the success of its conference presentation at the Prishtina Music Conference, where the platform received enthusiastic feedback from artists, organizers, and cultural professionals.
During the presentation, the team shared updates on the platform’s development, including a key change inspired by community input: the shift from “Musicians” to “Musicians & Members.” This new direction expands the platform’s scope and functionality, allowing not only artists but also managers, promoters, organizers, and other creative contributors to take part. Additionally, we are building new strategies to target bars as venues of live music or DJ-ing venues.
We are so thrilled to announce that Lend Mustafa is the newest addition to our team. Lend Mustafa has spent years exploring and working within the music industry, focusing on helping artists build sustainable, long-term careers. Alongside this work, he has been active in Kosovo’s NGO sector for more than a decade, involved in project management, strategy development, public representation, and the organization of festivals, cultural programs, nightlife events, and live concerts. For the past seven years, he has also been one of the organizers of Prishtina Pride.
The conference also opened doors to valuable networking opportunities. The team met with funders, festival organizers, and representatives from international music conferences – connections that sparked excitement and potential collaborations for the future.
What Comes Next?
With the momentum from the conference, ThisIsKosova.art is preparing for its next steps:
Community Events: The platform will continue organizing local events that bring together artists, members, and audiences from across Kosovo.
Municipality Visits: The team will soon begin touring municipalities to introduce the platform directly to local communities, ensuring wider access, visibility, and engagement.
New Partners: We are consistently reaching out to all the industry professionals and trying to build new partnerships.
