She studied Creative Writing at St. Lawrence University and now works as a strategist dedicated to empowering the arts through fundraising and communication. She has successfully raised over $4 million for nonprofit organizations, ensuring sustainable growth for creative communities. From Kosovo to New York, her expertise spans grant writing, media strategy, and artistic collaboration, making her a vital force in shaping the future of cultural initiatives.

Philipp Konrad Labhart

Philipp Konrad Labhart is an educator, musician, and social innovator with extensive experience in primary and special needs education in Switzerland. He is the founder and managing director of Hinterhaus Records GmbH, contributing to the cultural and music scene for nearly two decades. His work spans teaching, project leadership, and voluntary engagement in Kosovo, where he supports educational and community-driven initiatives. Philipp holds a Master’s in Special Needs Education and a Diploma in German as a Second Language from Zürich. Passionate about social change, he is actively involved in NGO-driven projects fostering education and inclusion. Labhart’s sincere and positive approach to his environment and the resulting visions form the cornerstone of our activities for Better Together.

Lend Mustafa
Strategy Developer / Consultant
Lend Mustafa has spent years exploring and working within the music industry, focusing on helping artists build sustainable, long-term careers. Alongside this work, he has been active in Kosovo’s NGO sector for more than a decade, involved in project management, strategy development, public representation, and the organization of festivals, cultural programs, nightlife events, and live concerts. For the past seven years, he has also been one of the organizers of Prishtina Pride. In addition, Lend is known for organizing some of the biggest drag shows in Kosovo, contributing to the visibility and celebration of queer performance culture.
Lend is the founder and owner of Bubble, the only queer bar in Kosovo, which has been running for almost four years and has become an important space for community and visibility. He continues to support artists and grassroots cultural initiatives with a practical, collaborative approach. His commitment to inclusion, creativity, and community shapes his contribution to Better Together.
